These terms summarise how Lara, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd, is provided. They are an overview; a full service agreement is signed with each customer before going live.
The service
Lara coordinates property maintenance on a customer's behalf, receiving tenant requests, triaging them, sourcing and booking vetted contractors, seeking approvals for spend over a customer-set threshold, and confirming completion. The customer remains responsible for the underlying repair obligations to their tenants.
Approvals & spend
Lara will not commit spend above the threshold a customer configures without that customer's approval. Customers are responsible for keeping their thresholds, contractor lists and property details accurate.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and rapid response, with specific service levels set out in each customer's agreement. Emergencies are prioritised, but Lara is a coordination layer and does not itself carry out repairs.
