Lara is a maintenance-coordination service operated by Flair Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”). This page explains, in plain terms, what data we handle and why. It is a summary, not a contract; a full data-processing agreement is provided to customers at onboarding.
What we handle
- Maintenance requests, the details a tenant gives us about a repair (the issue, the property, contact details, and the conversation) so we can resolve it.
- Property & contractor records, supplied by the managing agent or landlord, so we can route work correctly.
- Activity logs, a record of each step taken on a job (calls, quotes, approvals, confirmations) for your audit trail.
Why we handle it
Solely to provide the service: triaging issues, sourcing and booking contractors, obtaining approvals, keeping tenants informed, and confirming completion. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your tenants
Tenants are always told they can reach a human, and we never use their information for anything beyond resolving their request. Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet the property manager's record-keeping obligations.
